Shifting Balances is a weekend of reflection, rest, and reconnection — held at the autumn equinox, the quiet turning point when day and night meet in equal measure and the pace of life begins to soften.
As the season turns inward, we gather as women to honor what we've grown, release what's ready to fall away, and listen for what wants to be carried forward into the darker, quieter months ahead.
At the treehouse, community is part of the medicine.
What to know before you arrive.

A threshold — and a chance to re-tune.
The equinox is a moment of balance before the long descent into winter. Nature models the way: trees let go of their leaves not as loss, but as wisdom — conserving energy for what comes next.
This weekend invites you to:
- ·Notice where your life feels out of balance — and where it's asking to be re-tuned
- ·Release what you've been carrying that's ready to be set down
- ·Conserve your energy — remembering rest is not idleness, but preparation
- ·Discern what you want to harvest and carry into the season ahead
The shape of the weekend.
Arrival + Opening
Friday evening we gather, settle into the home, and open the container together — a shared meal, a welcome circle, and the first exhale of letting the outside world fall away.
Ceremony + Reflection
Saturday moves through relational ceremony, guided reflection, and embodied practice — space to be witnessed and to witness, to tend what's tender and honor what's shifting.
Rest + Integration
Woven throughout: unhurried time to rest, walk the land, journal, nap, and simply be. Here, integration isn't an afterthought — it's part of the medicine.
Closing
Sunday we close gently — gathering what we've touched into something we can carry home, and blessing the turn of the season together.
Held, fed, and cared for.
Small-group experience
An intentionally small circle of women — for safety, intimacy, and real connection.
Home-cooked meals
Nourishing, seasonal meals prepared with care throughout the weekend.
Cozy accommodations
A warm bed and shared rest in a private mountain home.
Nature + spaciousness
Room to breathe, walk, and reconnect with the land as the season turns.
Creative + embodied practice
Somatic, creative, and ceremonial practices to move what words can't reach.
Preparation + integration support
Gentle guidance before and after, so the weekend lands and lasts.
