Women’s Ceremonies

At Treehouse, we gather as women across seasons of life, each arriving with our own stories, longings, questions, and lived experience.

This is a space for new perspectives, deep connection, and meaningful growth, held in community and in relationship with the natural world.

We do not believe healing happens in isolation.

We believe something changes when women are witnessed, supported, and given space to soften into what is true.

At Treehouse, community is part of the medicine.

How We Work

Treehouse gatherings are relational ceremonies, not workshops and not performance spaces.

You do not need prior experience.

You do not need to know how to “hold space.”

You do not need to arrive regulated, clear, or prepared.

Showing up as you are is enough.

Facilitation emphasizes:

  • Clear consent and boundaries

  • Nervous system awareness and pacing

  • Spaciousness and integration

  • Respect for individual rhythms and needs

  • Touch is never assumed and always requires consent.

Upcoming Retreats

Season of Abundance
from $225.00

12-14 June 2026

A weekend of deep connection to self, nature, and kindred spirits.

At the height of the summer solstice, when the earth is full and alive, we gather to recognize and cherish the abundance already present in our lives. This ceremony creates space to envision and gently call in the abundance we wish to cultivate in the seasons ahead.

Shifting Balances
from $225.00

18-20 September 2026

Shifting Balances marks the quiet turning point of the Fall Equinox, when day and night meet and the pace of life begins to soften. This ceremony offers space to reflect, conserve energy, and reconnect with what wants to be carried forward.

Why heal in a group?

Some layers of healing do not open when we are alone, or even in one-on-one spaces.

So much of what we carry lives in relationship—

in our longing for connection, our sense of belonging, our place within a circle.

And it is often within relationship that something deeper begins to soften and heal.

For generations, these practices have been shared in communal settings, where healing unfolds not just within the individual, but within the field of the group.

In this space, your inner experience is honored with privacy, while also being gently held in the presence of others.

There is something powerful about witnessing—and allowing yourself to be seen in return.

You do not have to walk this path alone.

You can bring all of yourself here—the tender, the uncertain, the gorgeous, the messy.

We’ve got you.

What to Expect

Each Treehouse retreat follows a gentle arc, with space for both structure and spaciousness.

01
Arrival + Opening

We begin by settling in, arriving together, and creating the container for the weekend.

02
Ceremony + Reflection

Our shared time includes relational practice, guided reflection, time in nature, and ceremony.

03
Rest + Integration

There is room throughout the weekend for quiet, rest, journaling, and one-on-one connection.

04
Closing

We end by gathering what has shifted, honoring the experience, and returning with greater clarity and connection.

  • We will gather in a private home along the Blue River in Silverthorne, surrounded by high alpine meadow and mountain quiet.

    The space includes:

    • A shared living room for relational and group work

    • Quiet bedrooms for rest and privacy

    • Outdoor access for walking, sitting by the river, or fresh air

You are welcome to move freely throughout the day, following your energy and needs as they evolve.

  • This is a relational ceremony that supports inward awareness while also inviting reflection and connection through community.

    • You may share openly.

    • You may listen quietly.

    • You may cry, laugh, rest, or sit in silence.

There is no expectation to participate in any specific way.

If sharing in a group feels intimidating, that is okay. Many women arrive feeling exactly that way. You are encouraged to go slowly, listen to your body, and engage only as much as feels right.

The group itself becomes part of the experience—and you are always in choice.

    • Private home with hot tub, cold plunge, and riverfront access.

    • Communal sleeping.

    • Shared or private room with ensuite bathroom for additional fee.

    • Tasty meals cooked from scratch (GF, veg options available), consistent snack and hydration station.

  • We provide virtual and in-person group sessions to prepare for the journey within. In these shared spaces, we come together to listen, reflect, and uncover what wants to guide you. With intention and care, we create a container that allows the wisdom of your ceremony to unfold and stay with you long after it ends.

  • Nature is woven into the rhythm of the weekend, from river views and mountain air to gentle time outside and optional hikes.

We also include body-based and creative practices that support presence, self-awareness, and expression beyond words. As always, everything is invitational.

  • We keep each gathering intentionally small, so you can feel both deeply supported as an individual and gently woven into the fabric of the group. There’s space here for real connection to take root. It wouldn’t be surprising if the relationships that begin here last a lifetime.

    • Virtual 1 hour group preparation and integration sessions

    • Group communications channel for coordinating with your new community
